English Pouring Project

"Pouring Earth“
"Pouring Earth“
The motivation behind this exhibition was that I went on a journey of discovery – away from everything you're familiar with or that you already can.

I don't want to choose just one color of the infinite color palette, not merely go in one direction among a multitude of expressions, I do not want to decide or reduce myself.

Figurative, nude, portrait, abstract, embroidery... and now pouring. On my voyage with art, I once again stretched out my antennae, opened my senses, was inspired and challenged.

Each exhibition has its own history and follows, from the idea to the realization, its own path. Anyone who has attended my exhibitions or knows my previous works will see a big change. The process from the meticulous painting with "brush no. 1" to pouring.

"Pouring" to me means letting go of all control – the flow, the forms, the cells, not even the colors can be controlled. Pouring each image is and remains unique, it flows and takes form as it pleases.

Pouring is just as real as the figurative art, but we are rarely used to seeing it that way. The observer deals with my pictures, lives the forms and the color contrasts. He does not decide whether it's good or bad, but he decides if anything happens to him. What captivates him, what he feels – he imagines, develops fantasies. Here art becomes authentic and therefore true and credible. With my pictures I would like to take the viewer by the hand, pick him up where he stands and take him on a journey of thoughts.
Unlike my previous exhibitions, these images are neither political nor social or critical to our times, nor do they reflect the chaos and disharmony of our times. My pictures are not sad, not humble, not angry, not melancholic, and not desperate.

Oscar Wilde said:
The last secret of art will always be hidden from those who love the truth more than beauty.

Since the beginning of modernism, the "beautiful" in art has repeatedly been suspected of being superficial and unworldly. Why that?

Certainly, we need people who "shake us up" and show the uncomfortable, but man must not stop and be paralyzed by fear, powerlessness and despair. Hope nourishes thinking and creates a new consciousness that stands against the present-day zeitgeist of hopelessness.

The world we perceive and recognize, what we do to it, how we enrich or harm it, appears in it. How we meet the world, that's ourselves... and it's beautiful, we just have to look.

I see my purpose as a life-affirming artist in making visible the life-giving and hope-spreading forces through bright and colorful colors. With a positive and forward-looking optimism finding the way to yourself, to healing and reconciliation with yourself and with nature. Pouring Earth.

If you let your imagination wander in the pictures, you will surely find elements of the earth:
Fire, water, earth, air... our planet.

Earth is something very special for us because it is our home. It is very versatile, it has continents and islands, purple skies, oceans, rivers and lakes, blooming fields, volcanoes and glaciers, mountains and plains, forests and meadows, deserts of sand, stone, ice etc. etc.

These things mentioned are not explicitly painted, they are suggestions for the imagination, merging into each other and interrelated: Pouring Earth... an aesthetic expression for the beauty of the color play of our earth.

Pouring Earth... The earth from above with its four elements are portraits of our planet, a work about the beautiful as well as fragile face of this world.

Even from a distance, our cosmic home with its magical appeal might fascinate not only a spaceman.
So, get into a space capsule with me and look at the earth from above, let yourself be inspired...
